• Name, email address, phone number, and company name submitted through contact forms or booking links
• Information you share during discovery calls or consulting engagements
• Standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited

Training & Certification Programs

• Account registration information (name, email, organization) collected by our LearnWorlds-hosted training platform
• Course progress, assessment scores, and certification records
• Payment information processed securely through LearnWorlds' payment partners — we do not store credit card data

Operations Cost Calculator App

• All operational data you enter (staff counts, labor rates, waste observations) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers
• If you use the "Email My Results" feature, you voluntarily provide your email address, which triggers your device's native email client — we receive a copy at jerry@dps-lean.com solely to prepare for a potential consulting conversation
• The App contains no advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or third-party data collection tools

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to consulting inquiries and schedule discovery calls
• To deliver and administer Lean Six Sigma certification training programs
• To issue certificates of completion and maintain training records
• To send course updates, program announcements, or relevant resources — only to users who have opted in
• To improve our services, tools, and training content

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• LearnWorlds — hosts our certification training platform and processes course enrollments and payments
• Google Calendar — used for booking discovery calls via our scheduling link
• Google Fonts & Tailwind CSS CDN — used by the App to load fonts and styles; these services may log standard web request data
• Formspree — may be used to process certain web form submissions

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services independently.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Consulting inquiry data is retained for up to 3 years. Training and certification records are retained indefinitely to support credential verification. App data stored on your device can be cleared at any time using the Reset function within the App.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us directly
